Come learn the basic principles of Pressure Canning from co-blogger Tyra Baird. Learn about the equipment and process of pressure canning your own food. We will sample some pressure canned foods as well. Don’t forget to bring your favorite soup recipe, as you’ll learn how to convert a regular recipe into something you can pressure can in bult! Move over Campbell’s here we come.
