In this workshop you will learn how to select the best tomatoes for preserving and filling your pantry.  The best news is you will know exactly what’s in each jar.  No recalls, just delicious homemade preserves.  At the end of this workshop you will go home with a jar of freshly preserved tomatoes and the know-how to now “Do it yourself.”

And yes we know… technically tomatoes are actually a fruit-specifically a “berry!” but in America it is typically considered a vegetable.  Fruit-berry-vegetable, tomatoes are a treat regardless of which food group you assign them to!
