Robert has been in EMS for 25 years. He has spent the last 15 years teaching in the EMS program at Portland Community College while working part-time for Skamania County EMS & Rescue. He is also a volunteer firefighter with Skamania County District 4. Robert regularly provides EMS education at conferences in the PMW.
